Tax forms will be available in the Lobby directly after entering the Agawam Library

beginning Tuesday 1/30/2024.

As of 2/8/2024 we have:

1.  Massachusetts Resident forms
2. Massachusetts non-Resident forms
3.  Federal 1040 forms & instructions
4. Federal 1040-SR forms & instructions.

Please note: Agawam Library staff cannot offer tax advice including which forms a patron may need.

If you need some forms printed out please ask at the Information Desk (upstairs) or the Reference Desk (downstairs) & if they are available they can be printed for you. Black & White prints are 10 cents a page with the first 10 being free. Color print are 25 cents a page with the first 4 being free.
